This Contracting Party avails itself of the possibility provided for in Article 29(4) of the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement to extend by one year the time limit referred to in Article 15(1) of the Act, and the periods referred to in Article 17 of the Geneva Act, in accordance with the procedures specified in the Common Regulations. The Republic of Côte d'Ivoire being a Member State of the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI), the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, three months after the date on which OAPI deposits its instrument of accession to the said Act in accordance with Articles 28 and 29 of the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement, and the required number of accessions/ratifications has been reached.

This Contracting Party avails itself of the possibility provided for in Article 29(4) of the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement to extend by one year the time limit referred to in Article 15(1) of the Act in accordance with the procedures specified in the Common Regulations.
