Paragraph 3 of this Decision was amended by section 83 “Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 219 of March 10, 2009, on Amendments to Certain Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation', which entered into force on March 31, 2009.
The amendment relates to the words “The Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation' which are replaced by the words 'The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation'.
