Notes The notification by Australia to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'The Designs (Consequential Amendments) Act 2003 amends the Copyright Act as a consequence of the repeal of the Designs Act 1906 and the enactment of the Designs Act 2003. Affected provisions include those definitions on artistic work and corresponding design, false registration of industrial designs and reproductions of artistic work which do not infringe copyright.'
