'Under the Commercial Code, any person routinely and professionally engaged in i) printing and publishing; ii) organization of public performances qualifies for trader status.
The Commercial Code deals with the organization of the commercial register, entries in which concern, inter alia, exploited patents and trademarks or service marks registered by the trader (Articles 30, 33(2), 35, 43(2) & 46(2)).
It considers patents for invention, licences, trademarks and service marks as elements constituting goodwill (Articles 80, 90, 91 & 107).'
