The amendments introduced by the said amendinig Federal Law No. 456-FZ of December 22, 2020 to this consolidated version of the Civil Code relate to the following: 1) Clause 5 of Article 1240 recognized as invalid; 2) Article 1240.1 added; 3) Article 1298 amended; 4) Article 1370 amended; 5) Article 1373 amended; 6) Article 1471 amended; 7) Chapter 77 declared invalid.
