This consolidated version of the Agricultural and Fishery Products Quality Control Act (Act No. 5667 of January 21, 1999) takes into account amendments up to Act No. 17037 of February 18, 2020, which entered into force on February 19, 2021.
The said amending Act No. 17037 introduced amendments (entered into force on February 19, 2021) to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
