The said amending Law No. 6/2020 introduces the following amendments to this consolidated version of Law No. 34/2002: - The final provision 3.1 of the said amending Law No. 6/2020 added Article 12ter under Section 1, Chapter II, Title II of the consolidated version; - The repealing provision of the said amending Law repealed Article 25 under Title IV. - The final provision 3.2 amended the first paragraph of section 1 of Article 35; and the final provision 3.3 added Article 36 bis under Title VI. - The final provision 3.4 amended the first paragraph of Article 37; the final provision 3.5 and 6 added letters j) to u) in section 3, and j) as) in section 4 of Article 38; and the final provision 3.7 amended Article 43 under Title VII of this consolidated version.
