The Act introduces, inter alia, amendments to the following laws (see its section 57, 76, 88 and 96): - Act No. CXXX of 2016 on Civil Procedures; - Act No. XC of 2017 on Criminal Procedures; - Section Act No. XXXIII of 1995 on the Protection of Inventions by Patents; and - Act No. LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. The Act entered into force on June 18, 2020, in accordance with its paragraphs (1) and (7) of § 408 under Part V relating to Final Provisions, except for paragraphs (2) to (6), which shall enter into force on different dates, and are specified as follows: - Paragraph (2) relating to Section 345, Chapter 112 and Section 409 (2) which shall enter into force on January 1, 2021; - Paragraph (3) relating Section 308 which shall enter into force on May 26, 2021; - Paragraph (4) relating to Subsection (3) of Section 409 which shall enter into force on July 1, 2021; - Paragraph (5) relating to Section 409 (1) which shall enter into force on January 1, 2022; - Paragraph (6) relating to Sections 333, 335 and 337 c) which shall enter into force on January 1, 2026.
