This consolidated version of the Law on the Protection of Competition (SG No. 102/2008) takes into account amendments up to Law SG No. 28/2019, which was promulgated in the State Gazette on April 5, 2019.
The said amending Law SG No. 28/2019 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated Law, which entered into force on April 5, 2019"
- Paragraph (1) of Article 4 under Chapter Two, Title I;
- Article 59 under Chapter Eight, Title Three
This consolidated Law contains provisions on acts of unfair competition related to intellectual property rights (see Articles 33-35, and Article 37 under Chapter Seven, Title Two).
