Year of Version 2020 Dates Entry into force: March 20, 2020 Published: March 20, 2020 Promulgated: March 19, 2020 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Trademarks, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 90 of Law No. 4679/2020 on the Protection of Trademarks, Articles 2 to 6, 25 to 28, 50, paragraphs 2 to 7, 51, paragraph 2, Article 52, paragraphs 2 to 8 and Articles 53 to 70 entered into force on January 14, 2019. Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 90, the rest of the Law entered into force on March 20, 2020 form the day of its publication in the Government Gazette; except for paragraph 3 and the first and last sub-paragraphs of paragraph 8 of Article 30, which enter into force one year after the entry into force of the said Law.
