This consolidated version of the Patents Act incorporates all the amendments up to "Act No. 49 of June 21, 2019, on Amendments to the Patents Act, etc. (Simplification)", which entered into force on July 1, 2019.
The said amending Act No. 49 of June 21, 2019 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Chapter 1, section 2, paragraph 4 (added); section 3c, second setence (repealed);
- Chapter 2, section 8, paragraphs 2 & 5 (amended); section 8a, paragraph 1, first sentence (amended); section 18, paragraph 1, second sentence (amended); section 19, paragraph 2 (amended); section 20 (amended); section 21, paragraph 1, first sentence (amended); section 24, paragraph 2, second sentence (amended); section 25, paragraph 1, No. 2. (amended); section 27, paragraph 1, second sentence (amended) & third sentence (repealed);
- Chapter 3, section 28, paragraph 2, third sentence & paragraph 4 (added); section 36, paragraph 1, first & second sentences (amended); section 38, paragraph 2, second sentence (amended);
