The said amending Act No. 50/2019 Coll. introduced amendments to the following provisions of Part One and the footnotes of this consolidated version of the Copyright Act: - Footnote 1) added; footnotes 28) & 29) amended; footnote 15) deleted; - Heading of Articles 38 & 39 amended; Articles 39a & 39b added under Volume 4, Section 2, Title I; - Article 43(4) amended under Volume 5, Title I where the words 'Section 38,' were deleted and the words 'and Section 38e' were replaced by the words 'Section 38e, 39 and Section 39a (4)'; - Article 74 in Volume 1, Article 78 in Volume 2, Article 82 in Volume 3 under Title II amended where the words 'Articles 37 to 38a' were replaced by 'Articles 37, 37a, 38a', and the words 'Articles 40 to 44' were replaced by the words 'Articles 39 to 44'; - Article 86 amended under Volume 4, Title II where the words “Article 38 para. a), ” were deleted and the words “ § 40 to 44 ” were replaced by the words “§ 39 para. 39a to 44 ”; - Article 94 amended under Title III where the words 'Sections 40 to 44' were replaced by the words 'Articles 39a to 44'.
