The said amending Decision No. 536 introduced to this consolidated version of the Copyright Law the wordings 'the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP)' instead of 'the Ministry of Culture and Information'; and 'the Board of Directors' instead of 'the Minister', due to the establishment of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) which became responsible for implementing the Copyright Law.
