Paragraph 5 under Article 1 of the said Law No. 161-VI introduces amendments to this consolidated version, which entered into force on September 22, 2018 (three months after the date of its first official publication, i.e. June 22, 2018); except for subparagraphs 2), 3) and 4), which entered into force July 3, 2018, ten days after the date of the first official publication (i.e. June 22, 2018).
