Year of Version 1993 Dates Entry into force: September 1, 1993 Adopted: December 16, 1992 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Undisclosed Information (Trade Secrets), Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other Notes Articles 203 and 204 under Chapter XX, Title III of Law No. 92-1336 of December 16, 1992 introduces amendments to the following provisions of the Intellectual Property Code:
- Added Article L. 335-8 after Article L. 335-7;
- Amended Article L.621-1.

Article 256 under Chapter XXVI, Title III of this Law added a new Section VII (containing Article L.152-7 relating to the infringement of trade secrets), after Article L. 152-5 under Chapter II, Titlve V, Book I of the Labor Code.
