Section 4 of the said amending Act No. 1533 of December 18, 2018 added paragraph (2) to section 73h under Part 11 of this Consolidate Act, which reads: '(2) The Patent and Trademark Office may transfer income from fees charged under this Act to Nævnenes Hus ['Danish Appeals Boards Authority'] to the payment of costs associated with the Board of Appeal for Patents and Trademarks.'.
