Year of Version 2019 Dates Consolidated: January 29, 2019 Entry into force: October 1, 2001 Adopted: December 20, 2000 Type of Text Main IP Laws   Subject Matter Industrial Designs Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body Notes The Consolidate Designs Act (Consolidate Act No. 89 of January 29, 2019) takes into account amendments up to the 'Act on Amendments to Trade Marks Act and Other Acts and on the Repeal of the Collective Marks Act (Act No. 1533 of December 18, 2018)', which entered into force on January 1, 2019.

Section 2 of the said amending Act No. 1533 of December 18, 2018 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this Consolidate Act:
- Chapter 8, section 43, paragraphs 4 & 5 (repealed);
- Chapter 10, section 59h, paragraph 2 added, which reads: '(2) The Patent and Trademark Office may transfer income from fees charged under this Act to Nævnenes Hus ['Danish Appeals Boards Authority'] to the payment of costs associated with the Board of Appeal for Patents and Trademarks.'.
