Section 5 of the said amending Act No. 1533 of December 18, 2018 added paragraph (2) to section 12c under Part 2 of this Consolidate Act, which reads: '(2)The Patent and Trademark Office may transfer income from fees charged under this Act to Nævnenes Hus to the payment of costs associated with the Board of Appeal for Patents and Trademarks.'.
