This consolidated text of the Copyright Law takes into account amendments up to the 'Law of December 6, 2018, on Amendments on the Copyright Law', which was published on December 12, 2018, and entered into force on December 13, 2018.
For the amendments introduced by the said Law of December 6, 2018, see the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Chapter I, section 1, paragraph 12^1 (added);
- Chapter V, section 19, paragraph (1), sub-paragraphs 1) to 3) (amended) and sub-paragraph 3^1) (added); section 22 (amended); section 22^1 (added);
