Year of Version 2017 Dates Entry into force: July 31, 2008 Adopted: July 28, 2008 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Other Notes This version of Decree No. 2008-744 of July 28, 2008 takes into account amendments up to 'Decree No. 2017-852 of May 6, 2017, on Various Statutory Provisions Concerning Research Directors, Research Officers, Research Engineers and Assistant Engineers under Decree No. 83-1260 of December 30, 1983 and Decree No. 85-1534 of December 31, 1985, and Concerning Library Personnel, Bodies Assimilated to the Bodies of Teacher-Researchers and Professors of the National Institute of Arts and Crafts', which was published in the Official Journal of the French Republic on May 10, 2017, and entered into force on different dates.
Title VII (Articles 154 to 163) of the amending Decree No. 2017-852, which entered into force on September 1, 2017, provides amendments to the following provisions of this version:
- Title II, Chapter I, Articles 6 & 7; Chapter II, Articles 15 & 16; Chapter III, Articles 20, 24 & 26bis; Chapter VI, Article 30;
- Title III, Articles 32 & 35;
- Title IV, Article 36.
