For the amendments introduced by the said Law No. 1773, see the following provisions of this consolidated version of the Code:
- Book I, Title IV, Chapter III, Article 68A;
- Book II, Title I, Chapter III, Article 116A, and Title XII, Chapter II, Article 358.
These amendments do not relate to intellectual property matters.

Book II of this consolidated Code contains provisions relating to the criminal penalties for copyright infringement (Title VIII, Single Chapter, Articles 270-272), and for industrial property offences (Title X, Chapter I, Articles 300, 306-308).
