This consolidated version of the Act on the Protection of Trademarks and Other Signs incorporates all the amendments up to "Act of July 17, 2017, on Amendments to the Federal Supply Act and Other Regulations", which entered into force on July 25, 2018, on the day following its publication, except for provisions of paragraphs (2) to (5) of Article 31, which entered into force on different dates.
Article 11 of the said Act of July 17, 2017 amends § 62, paragraph 4 and adds a new § 62a to Chapter 4 of Part Three of this consolidated version, which entered into force on May 25, 2018.
