Year of Version 2017 Dates Amended up to: September 6, 2017 Entry into force: June 1, 2016 Promulgated: May 24, 2016 Type of Text Main IP Laws   Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), IP Regulatory Body Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Notes This consolidated version of the Act on the Management of Copyright and Related Rights by Collecting Societies incorporates all the amendments up to the ‘Ninth Amendment of June 1, 2017, to the Act Against Restraints of Competition’, which entered into force on June 9, 2017, on the day following its publication in the Federal Law Gazette, except for the provisions in Article 8 which entered into force on different dates.
Article 4 of the said Act of June 1, 2017, which entered into force on June 9, 2017, replaces the words ‘Sentence 2’ by the words ‘Sentence 4’ in § 110, paragraph 2, sentence 2 under Part 5, Chapter 1 of this consolidated version.
