Section 5 of the Civil Code is divided in 5 chapters relating to general provisions (Chapter 53); copyright (Chapter 54); neighboring rights (Chapter 55); right to industrial property (Chapter 56); right to new varieties of plants and new animal breeds (Chapter 57); protection of undisclosed information from illegal use (Chapter 58); and trade names, trademarks and appellations of origin of goods (Chapter 59).
