This Ordinance is issued by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage pursuant to Chapter 11, Section 2, Article 95^3, paragraph 10 of Act No. 83 of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Neighboring Rights (as amended).
Article 24 of the Ordinance states that it comes into force after 14 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ordinance was published in the Official Gazette on October 9, 2015, and came into force on October 24, 2015.
