Paragraph 2 of Article 126 under Title V, Chapter IV of this consolidated text is amended by the Second Final Disposition of Law No. 4/2015 of April 27, 2015.
The consolidated text contains provisions relating to offenses against copyrights and industrial property, and the protection of undisclosed information of trade secrets (see Sections 1 (Articles 270-271); Section 2 (Articles 273-27); and Section III (Articles 278-279) under Chapter XI, Title XIII, Book II).
