This version was republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No. 613/19 of August, 2014.

Article 16 of the Amendment Law introduces substantial amendments to Articles 38(2) and 63(1) and repeals Articles 5, 36, 42, 73 of this revised version.
